Return Policy

Return Window
Harris Production Services accepts returns within 30 days of the delivery date for most new, unused items in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition that you received them — unused, in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
How to Start a Return
- Email store@harrisproductionservices.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Do not write on the manufacturer's box directly.
- Ship the item to the address provided in your RMA instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged or defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit to our warehouse. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Restocking Fees
Items returned in original, unopened condition are not subject to a restocking fee. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to items that have been opened, used, or are missing accessories or original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are damaged due to customer use.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Opened in-ear monitors, earphones, headphones, or any items that contact the ears or mouth (for hygiene reasons)
- Software, downloadable content, or items with activated license keys
- Consumables (batteries, strings, cables that have been used)
- Custom or special-order items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Defective or Warranty Items
If your item arrives defective or stops working due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within the return window and we will arrange an exchange or refund. For defects discovered after the 30-day return window, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty. Most professional AV equipment carries a manufacturer's warranty of 1–3 years. We are happy to assist facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer on your behalf — contact store@harrisproductionservices.com.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time for both transactions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
