Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time are generally shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been picked up by the carrier.

Transit times are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Harris Production Services ships from warehouses in Connecticut and California. Your order may ship from either location based on inventory availability.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $150.00 or more (before tax) qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout. This offer does not apply to oversized items, hazardous materials, or shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require additional transit time and may not qualify for standard shipping rates. International shipments to Canada are subject to applicable customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain large or high-value items. A physical street address is required for carrier delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page. You can also view your order status and tracking information in your account order history. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Oversized & Freight Items

Certain large or heavy items (such as speaker cabinets, subwoofers, or line array components) may require freight shipping. These items will be clearly marked on the product page. Freight shipments are quoted individually — please contact us at store@harrisproductionservices.com prior to placing your order to confirm shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at store@harrisproductionservices.com. We will work with the carrier to file a damage claim and arrange a replacement or refund. Do not discard the original packaging, as it is required for the claims process.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors and other household members, then contact the carrier directly. If the package cannot be located, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
