1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Harris Production Services online store (“Store”) at store.harrisproductionservices.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Store. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Store.

Harris Production Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Store. Your continued use of the Store after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

The Store is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product information, descriptions, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred, even after an order has been submitted.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the stated price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment is due in full at the time of order. We accept major credit and debit cards. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for complete information on shipping rates, transit times, and destinations. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Harris Production Services is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return Policy for complete information on eligibility, procedures, and timelines. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our customer service team. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

7. Product Warranties

Products sold through the Store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Harris Production Services does not provide any additional warranty beyond what is offered by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer unless otherwise specified. We are happy to assist you in initiating a warranty claim — contact store@harrisproductionservices.com.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

8. Authorized Dealer Status

Harris Production Services is an authorized dealer for the brands sold through this Store. All products sold are genuine, new merchandise sourced through authorized distribution channels. Purchasing from an authorized dealer ensures your product is eligible for full manufacturer warranty coverage and support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Store — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Harris Production Services or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Store content without our prior written consent.

10. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Store, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Store for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Store. You may not:

• Use the Store to engage in fraudulent activity or place fraudulent orders
• Resell products purchased at discounted prices in violation of the terms of sale

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Store and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Chester County, Pennsylvania.
